The price does not change along the way. A rate that starts with "from" is a rate nobody ever pays; here the number is on the page before the call. If the scope changes, you get a new quote before anyone continues working, not a line on the invoice afterwards. Do I own the website when it is finished?

There is no license you keep paying to keep the site online, and no proprietary builder that locks the design to us. If you move to another agency, they get a standard WordPress site and a handover document, not a puzzle.
Can I edit the site myself after launch?
+That is the point of building on WordPress. Pages, text, images, blog posts and products are editable from the admin, and you get a walkthrough at handover. Anything structural, like a new template or a custom integration, is where you call us. We do not lock content behind code, because a site the owner cannot update goes stale within a year. If you would rather not touch it, we run maintenance for $807 per year.
Do you write the content, or do I?
+We write the basic copy from what you give us, and it is included in the build price. You tell us what the business sells, who buys it and what you want a visitor to do; we turn that into the pages. Claims that need professional standing, medical, legal or technical, you approve and sign off, because they are yours to make. If you supply copy and images yourself, the build moves faster. What we will not do is fill the site with placeholder text and call it launched, because empty pages rank for nothing and convert nobody.
Why WordPress and not Wix, Squarespace or Webflow?
+Because you can leave. WordPress and WooCommerce are open source, so any developer on earth can maintain what we build, and your data is exportable. Hosted builders are faster to start and harder to escape: pricing, features and export are all decided by the vendor. For a small business planning past year one, that dependency is a real risk, not a theoretical one.
What do you need from me to start?
