Privacy policy
This page explains exactly what 2ranq collects when you visit this site or write to us, why we keep it, and how to have it deleted. It describes what the site actually does, not what a template says it might do.

Who is responsible
2ranq operates this website and decides what happens to the data described below. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything on this page, including a request to delete your data.
What we collect when you write to us
The contact form asks for a name, an email address, an optional telephone number and a short description of your project. We store what you type, together with the date and time, and we send ourselves an email notification so somebody actually reads it.
We use that information for one purpose: to answer you and to prepare a quote. We do not sell it, we do not add it to a marketing list, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your project.
What we collect when you place an order
If you buy a package through the site, we store the order details along with your name and email address, so that we know what was bought and can deliver it. Payment is handled by PayPal, which processes the card or account details directly. We never see or store your card number.
What we collect when you simply read the site
We run our own visitor counter rather than a third party analytics product. For every page view it records the page, the time, the referring site, a rough device type, the browser language, and the country supplied by our network provider.
It does not store your address on the network in readable form. Your address and browser signature are combined with the current date and turned into a one way fingerprint, which lets us tell one visit from another on the same day and becomes meaningless the next day. It cannot be turned back into who you are.
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixel from any social network, and no session recording tool. You can confirm that by viewing the page source.
Cookies
The public site sets no cookies for advertising and none for measurement. The only cookies this site can set are rq_session and rq_2fa, and they exist purely so that the site owner can stay signed in to the private administration area. If you are not signing in there, they are never created.
Who else touches the data
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site and filters malicious traffic. It sees requests as they pass through, and it is where the country in our own statistics comes from.
- Brevo delivers the notification emails triggered by a form submission or an order.
- PayPal processes payments and holds the payment details.
Each of these publishes its own privacy terms. We do not hand your data to anyone beyond this list.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while a project is a live possibility and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick a conversation back up. Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate. Ask us to delete any of it and we will, unless a law requires us to keep a specific record.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and you will get an answer within thirty days, usually much sooner. You do not need to explain why you are asking.
Work we do for clients
When we build or maintain a system for a client, we may see data belonging to that client and to their customers. We handle it only to do the agreed work, we do not use it for anything of our own, and access ends when the engagement ends.
Changes to this page
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. We do not make quiet edits.
